I received payment try send money but 3 account in row can't send payment over 50 USD there is new ebay politics?under 50 go without any problems

There are no new policies that I'm aware of. This sounds more like security measures being triggered by suspicious account activity.

my paypal accounts are also in the same issue.

i have over 100$ paypal balance.

I tried 3 times to send payment but couldn't.

Currently paypal doesn't even allow me to pay under 1$ merchandise on ebay.

yeah you rigth but send 2k over 40 payment *50 without any issues...there is little weird

now I know there is new PayPal security system they run it of march 2 for testing...

solution is build transaction history there is only one way now... or buy aged account

buying aged account is also cause this problem
to avoid this issue i have heard that there should be movement of $1000 in the paypal then this problem resolved
then how can we move $1000 if we have no way to send money

By receiving payments and withdrawing them to a bank account.

I tried to pay an item that it costs 40usd and I had the same problem for a new account paypal.

Withdraw the funds then purchase with a debit card. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you guys are only going to damage your accounts further by trying to get around Paypal's security filters. You've got to work within their guidelines or risk being kicked off the platform. :noidea:
