Entropay (U.S) & PayPal (U.S) = PayPal Limited?
 

Hi friends sorry for many questions, recently create an Entropay account (U.S) and also did the check process of PayPal (U.S) then paypal charge to the card €1.5 EUR. Do not understand why not in USD? Then my PayPal account was limited by unusual activity with the credit card. I guess it's due to the charge in € EUR, right? Does anyone know why this happens ?, Should I create the entropay account in another country that was not U.S?

You can't use Entropay with USA PayPal.....that simple.

You can create an entro in another country, although you will need foreign ip because otherwise your account will get blocked. it's something to do with gambling restrictions in America and many online gamblers use entro

That's out of date.

You can open US Entropay accounts these days. If you select US during Entropay registration, they will inform you that due to regulations, you can only open a USD account. Cards produced under these accounts have a completely different BIN to other countries... 4313 for regular USD, 4590 for US USD accounts.

All Entropay cards get detected as EUR by PayPal, because they are issued from a Maltese bank. But's that's not a problem in itself.

So PayPal don't care about the card's currency, although they do care about the card itself. Entropay often gets accounts limited after you add it in recent times.

It's best for you to find another card provider.

4313 Bin are issued not only to USA, also to other countries

I never said that only US got 4313 (I said only US gets 4590), but I wrote the wrong card number for "regular" non-US accounts. They get 4067 for USD, 4313 for EUR.

Thanks for your answers, yes, all the cards I created in entropay start with 4590... So in conclusion do not work more entropay with any paypal...

¿what another alternative to Entropy should I use?
