U.S Paypal Accounts and VCC.
 

Hello friends i buy stealth guide and complete law but still do not understand some things:

About VCC: There are many new VCC APPS such as Wirex or Revolut, says you can do the verification of paypal, never specify if it is in U.S or from another country, there are several videos on youtube doing it. But in all those apps, when you register and place the country "united states" says: "is not available for that country", then there is my doubt ...

PayPal U.S accounts can be verified with VCC from anywhere, regardless of the country you select in those apps?

Is there any way to identify which cards work with Paypal U.S through the number issued Bin or some checker?

* I can venture with those new VCCs, in fact I like that idea because they would not be abused yet.

You seem to be doing this the hard way, there are VCC sellers on the forum.....
