Funds not getting deposited?
 

Hi everyone,

I transferred some funds to my Chime Checking account on March 8th, 7 days went by and the transfer got returnd to my PayPal balance because my bank denied the transfer, so PayPal removed the bank account

I then added a Bank Of America checking account, I did this transfer on March 15th but no funds are in my bank account, normally they would post on Fri Or Sat.

not sure what is wrong?

should i expect to receive the funds on Monday?

Try on monday. Make sure you are not on a 72 hour pending status.

on my PayPal it says transfer "Complete"

It usually tells you how long it takes when you make the withdraw. Did it say 1 day or 3-5 days. When when a withdraw is marked Complete that means PayPal has processed your request to withdrawl, it does not mean the money is in your Bank account already so you have to wait the 1 day or 3-5 days.

It says usually takes 1 day, but most transfers i have did took no more than 2 days

Did you transfer the money on a business day before the 7pm EST cutoff?

Try calling the bank to see what's going on and if the deposit is even showing up as attempting to be deposited. I once had a deposit that was showing as trying to be deposited but wasn't clearing. Bank fixed it and I tried again and funds were deposited.

When they remove a bank, the next withdraw is typically 72 hours.

Still having bad luck with PayPal, Chris'?

Why did that Chime account get removed?

Just asking to make sure you avoid the issue again.

not sure why Chime wasn't working, it was PayPal verified with deposits,

I've never had a problem with Bank Of America so i will wait and see if my funds are in there tomorrow

I checked the reason why the transfer was reversed

"The withdrawal to your bank account could not be completed because of a technical problem. The money has been returned to your PayPal account."

Sounds like rubbish. Did you check with the bank?

Then something wrong. They are going to be returned back to paypal. I would ditch that paypal account and start a new one.

The funds were in my BOA account this morning, it was my Chime checking account maybe they dont allow mismatch names
