I have to pay monthly paypal fees but since my 2 paypal accounts (one is stealth the other is legit) with enough funds are permanently limited should I pay them with credit card or ignore?

Hi.

If the two accounts are not linked, and the stealth has no connections to you whatsoever. Then dont bother paying the stealth.

With the legit account, your probably better paying that one off. You can always take the risk by not paying and having to put up with EB or PP saying about Debt collection agency's, but its all dependent on the amount you owe. So its up to you about the legit account really.
