In my experience, if I am calling about an issue that could go either way... if I don't like the response I end the call and call again.
The other day I was on the phone for a FULL HOUR arguing about removing a defect. I, on the other hand, had a terrible day and was just in a bad mood as well. I argued and argued and demanded a supervisor lol. I ended the call and called back, got the defect removed in 5 minutes with the second rep. :bounce: |
