Withdrawing for Non Supported countries
 

The truth is, there is no way to really get your cash from paypal stealth when you live in a non supported country. The only option available to us is to request a check and it takes over 2 months to clear a foreign check in my country. Obviously, with stealth you cannot do that.

I spent 3 years searching for alternatives and it seems like upwork, freelance, fiverr are the main options available, though very risky.

Or you can fly to the US and open bank accounts.

I was told there are at least 3 virtual visa cards (with physical card option) out there that you can load using paypal. The problem is finding them as no one will give you that information. Not even google search.

Sounds more like you want us to feel sorry for you and tell you everything we know.

why not just buy stuff with the same monies to sell locally. thats one sure way of converting my cash
