Vanilla Visa, still work?

I bought vannila visa 2-3 years ago to link the card on my PayPal and eBay but these bin numbers don't work anymore. If I buy new bin numbers now, will they work for PayPal and eBay?

Make sure you are getting a GIFT Card and not the Prepaid....makes a difference.

there is no need to link the card to ebay at all. add the card to the pp account, then link the pp to your ebay account as the payment method, not the card..

There's an actual difference? Isn't all vanilla visas, gift cards and not prepaid?
