Sorry Guys I am Not Into Network TECH !
 

have a question may it is weird question but i am not into network tech ... simply i have new mobile contract with a company .. i used it to sign up new PP & new Ebay account ....... i think seriously to have their tablet to use it to sign up different new PP & Ebay ....
my question is .. it is safe 100% to use the mobile & tablet from same company to log in 2 different accounts , mean they are considered completely 2 different IP'S address ... no troubles at all ...

Your paragraph is scattered, so it was not easy to understand your question.

1.) Do not use the eb app (sign in via mobile browser)

2.) If you're going to sign into 2 different accounts, make sure you use 2 different mobile browsers and different IP address otherwise both accounts will be linked.

3.) Do not open emails unless you have cookies blocked

have mobile & tablet with same provider ... used phone to sign up pp & Ebay account .... want to use the tablet to sign up new PP & ebay .... is it safe ... both devices same service provider considered 2 different IP address ..

Yes, it is safe, as long as you keep track of ip addresses, and don't make the mistake of using an ip that was used with your other account.
