Restoring my old PayPal account which is in debt
 

My original PP account has got 2k in debt because of chargeback from fraud scammers. This happened one year ago. Police investigation is still in process but I thought that I will pay the debt because I want to use my account.

I tried to log it to this account but it is deleted or something. How can I safely restore my account and start selling again.
I can make the deposit and pay the debt. How to start and is it possible to use this account again.

I have stealth account also but I would try to restore my personal account also.

They won't have deleted it but you may need to ring them to regain access and get the debt paid off
