New paypal is it safe to send money to an old account.

I bought the stealth guide and started a new paypal and ebay and was wondering if I can send my old account cash to withdrawl on the debt card.
I know it may sound dumb but I was just wondering if they monitor that....

I've done it with a few new accounts. all the new accounts eventually ended up limited for whatever reason but nothing ever came back on my old account. there was a discussion on here a few weeks ago about the same thing. If I can find it I'll post you a link.

Just LINK those accounts as fast as you can.
This way you can get more practice at making more Stealth account.

NO.... WHY so you want to LINK your account that you just made?

Jughead, read again your stealth guide...Dump your suspended accounts and never log in to them again or work with them in any way to compromise all the hard work it went into creating new Stealth accounts. Otherwise, you will be linked and lose them all.

jughead, paypal monitor EVERYTHING. So you can not risk sending money from your new paypal associated with your new ebay to your old paypal with the debit card as everything links. Also to really upset you, all records for accounts are keep. (even though paypal may say they are not). Keep the new away from the old.
