Why would paypal hold my money transfer from my bank for 10 days?
 

I went to my new paypal account and withdrew money from my bank account several days ago, today I figured it would be there since its been 4 days and the money is gone out of the bank account and is not showing in paypal.

I clicked on the little message icon and it says the transfer may be held until May 7, 2009, please add a credit card to make the transfer faster.

You gotta be kidding me, they are now holding even money from a bank?

For some reason it always takes longer to fund paypal from bank account than to withdraw funds from paypal into your bank account. Why don't you just add vcc like Simon for $20 and be done with it?

Yeah. paypal will protect itself. Read 'faster' as 'safer'....for paypal.:pout:
