I am having a Malaysian paypal account which got limited 2-3 years ago.
I left it for a while and now I want to withdraw funds from it.

I got around 100$ in it

I tried withdrawal to my payoneer account but it got rejected due to Indian regulations. Since I am from India I can't get a US bank account.

Can someone guide me how can I get a US bank account / credit card to withdraw funds from my stealth account

I am not sure if credit card option is available for Malaysian account, I just tried US bank withdrawal which failed with payoneer

Any help will be much appreciated

For $100 I am not sure the time and effort it would take to get the money out would be worth it to be honest.

It certainly wouldn't be worth burning a US bank account over if you were able to get one

I understand but I might be able to make use of it with some other account or some other purpose. If not atleast I will learn something.

I am willing to put efforts and time I just need the right direction. I am also willing to pay for the vcc if I can withdraw to that vcc account.

Have you thought out purchasing Bitcoin with it? LocalBitcoins makes it easy to exchange PayPal funds to Bitcoin.

Or just use the PayPal funds to purchase things..

I can't buy anything or send funds because my account is limited

I only have the option to withdraw to US bank account and probably credit card

Again, I would not burn a bank account for 100$ (you will not be able to reuse that bak account on another PayPal) but these are the option for withdrawing Malaysian PayPal :

To your local bank account.
To your credit, debit, or prepaid card.
To your US bank account

You coud try credit/debit card option but you won't be able to use that card on another PAyPal (same as bank account).

I tried adding my personal credit card but it didn't go through
could it due to mismatch name and address ?

Can I buy a reloadable vcc from here and withdraw my money to it? will it work ?

How much will a bank account cost ?

You can have a look in cards like loadoo or see in the marketplace for similar services.

VBA will not do the job since is only a virtual account.

What is the problem of having a card registered to you for withdrawing money from PayPal? It is quite normal that CC or bank account is registered with ID..

PayPal won't see the name associated with the card.

I am from India and loadoo is not supported here due to Indian regulations so I can't give my documents and besides I think paypal does address verification while trying to add a cc. I tried adding my real credit card but it didn't go through.

Buy bitcoin via VirWox is also good way to withdraw in your case too. I already buy bitcoin on VirWox with First Name mismatch. However, They make manual review on every new account. So be careful!
