is there a way to not have your funds on hold with a new paypal account???? ( when you directly invoice someone)

I had this problem a while back. Send a few payments as gifts/personal payments. Small amounts, up to about 50.

Use your discretion and do not go overboard or you'll be limited fairly quickly and asked for verification. Calling customer service will also expedite hold times.

It is very individual. Also it depends from sum. And preferably, that first sales should be with small amounts.

The minimum requirements to remove the 21 days hold:
1. 90 days from first sale.
2. 25 successful transactions.
3. At least $250 in total sales.
These are just the minimum requirements though so the holds do not necessarily get removed when you meet those - but usually shortly thereafter. Also, note that the holds can be placed back on at any moment for any reason paypal sees fit.
