Will PayPal likely limit an account that spends $20k on bitcoins?
 

Trying to find a way to withdraw PayPal funds without a bank account...any ideas?

Try Paxful. I just did PP to BTC via iTunes card on Paxful recently, but I did lose a lot of money via exchange rate in the process. That's just the cost of doing business.

US paypal withdrawal? Bank account only.

Tough to say anything is 100% but if you leave a balance (I usually leave 3-5x the average sale) and spend consistantly, you should be ok

It's not just itunes btw. You can use a variety of giftcards and methods to buy BTC. It's pretty legit. Your payment is held in escrow as well and release very quickly. I would take time and really study the Paxful site. It's an underrated withdrawal method imo.

Hit and miss - paypal will know you are purchasing digital things so..that's the risk.

OP never addressed why he/she can't get a bank account so that remains to be understood

First thing to ask really is why can you not just use a bank account?

Getting funds out without a bank account is possible, but its not easy. You will struggle to find someone who is willing to sell you BitCoin in exchange for PayPal for $100 let alone $20,000

I suspect any 20K transaction is going to get some degree of scrutiny, don't you?

One way you can do to cash out is find a trustworthy friend with BTC and gradually unload your PP money to him.
