Paypal loves when you spend your balance rather than withdraw it, because they profit on the fees.
In 2016 I used my best account exclusively for buying inventory. I would use that one account to buy stuff for all 3 of my business accounts. That way I'd be "doubling-up" on my profits before eventually withdrawing funds from an account. I was paying multiple $5-$8k orders weekly and never once had an issue. Sent a total of about $420k.
The P/P was limited so I'm now using Moneygram again, but the limitation was for something totally different. I gave P/P the wrong business type/name when I originally upgraded.
Paying suppliers won't get you in trouble. A strong account can freely act as a business and make business purchases. You say you're selling about 5k per week so I'm confident you've already attached a tax ID and are in no way trying to launder money. Just make sure you stay up to date on your taxes.
