stealth US paypal account asks for TAX ID
 

i have a stealth US paypal account. (i am not a US citizen )

today i'v been asked the fallowing --

To comply with the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) rules, we ask that you
submit your Tax ID number to us as soon as possible. Your Tax ID number is
one of these:

- Your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Your Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN)
- Your Employer Identification Number (EIN)

You should stop using USA Accounts and find a Country that doesn't have these type of requirements.

i still have paypal 21 pending limit.

what paypal from other country is best suggested ?

Till this day I don't quiet understand why people open US Stealth Accounts without having some kind of plan for the IRS Requirement or Bank Withdrawal.....seriously wish someone would shed some light on this.

in the marketplace , i see users selling US paypal accounts, are they any different?

No. All USA Paypal accounts will request a Tax ID around 150 sales. It's a federal law and cannot be avoided.

Maybe try a Canadian Paypal?

Yes, that's what I'm saying. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

USA Paypals are just about worthless for anyone who isn't able to get a USA Tax ID and pay taxes to the USA government.

If you can get a US Tax ID then they are great because USA eBay gets the most traffic. Otherwise - just about useless. :juggle:

I wish I was told this before I bought US stealth accounts. I had no idea and just received an email from PayPal asking for this.

This is normal for any account, real or stealth.

I think people have this notion that stealth = "I can do whatever I want without having issues".

There are like 10,000 threads about this, so you didn't research all that much.

You have I think one week to ten days after the note to resolve the issue or they'll limit you and your money will be locked down until you provide the info.
