Reloadable vcc can use as paypal funding source
 

It's my first post, hello everyone! Thank you all you guys offer so much helpful info.

What I need and have not found in forum is title said:reloadable vcc can use as paypal funding source

I tried to add my own cc(visa China) to uk stealth paypal but payment declined. Then I learned that cc's billing address must match paypal's.

I tried loadoo, their support say loadoo can work through paypal with any billing address. I added to uk stealth paypal and confirmed, but payment still declined. not work.

Any advice please?
