PayPal AVS VCC

Hello Aspkin,

I'm looking for a HQ AVS VCC to add to my Paypal funding sources. I need 2 funding sources to spend money on Paypal. I already have a VBA on the account and it seems fine.

I just really need a VCC I can buy that will work PERFECTLY and that will bring up no red flags.

I'm NOT trying to withdrawal, I am trying to transfer funds to purchase BTC.

Please help,

You think so? I'm really not trying to screw this up. My account won't let me send funds anywhere. Last time I put a VCC on it I bought it online and it was a Venezuelian VCC being sold as a US VCC. Kinda screwed me over, but my account isn't limited...

So I just want to be 100% safe.

I haven't found any sellers here. The only market place I found was for selling full accounts. I just need a USA AVS VCC that will 100% be safe and will work. Willing to pay via personal PP.

You can put the zip code on visa vanilla cards but they are not completely AVS, I believe there are some VCC sellers that offer this type of card without needing to purchase an account
