Limit of Unverified paypal account

Hello, I m new to Paypal, I m confused about some issues. I live in a country where paypal doesnt work. I have an online Store, I want my customers to pay thru Paypal. I M NOT concerned about withdrawal of money right now. I will SPEND the paypal balance somewhere else or send the money to another paypal account. What can I do under this circumstance ?

A. Can I spend my money with an UNVERIFIED Paypal account, if I have enough balance? I heard ur spend limit is Zero with unverified account.

B. Can I create a Paypal account right from my country ( using USA address) and use that UNVERIFIED account for using only Paypal Balance?

C. Can I use a VPN/Proxy to do as mentioned in "B" above

D. Can I have someone in USA do as mentioned in "B" above, and then purchase a prepaid debit card and add it to my Paypal account to verify?

Plz help me with this questions. Thanx

A verified PayPal removes the sending and withdrawal limits. Until then your account has a capped amount it can send and withdraw.

But to be honest, if your on this forum, you should know how strict PayPal are. Any red flags and they'll have you. I would say its a given to use verified PayPal accounts for anything.

Unverified accounts can and will get limited very easily over just about every reason. Do not consider them as part of your business plan.

A - Yes, but chances are you will get hit with some sort of limitation after a few weeks

B - If you want to use PayPal USA then you need to make it on PayPal USA

C - A decent VPN or VPS can work. Most are abused though

D - You would need a VBA in order to verify the account. A card will only confirm a PayPal

I knew that confirmation is done thru email, whereas verification is done thru dedbit/credit/bank. I read it somewhere that U can verify the Paypal account, if u add a low cost prepaid debit card.
