Paypal help

My paypal put a limit on my account I cant withdraw or send anything the name on the paypal is not mine how can I go about getting the money.

I don't mind giving them my actual info just as long as I can get my money

You can either submit them and then see if they pass or tell PayPal you don't want to submit them in which case in 180 days typically you will get our money released for withdrawal
