What is a safe amount of time to wait before withdrawing money?

I've been doing eBay stealth for about 6 years now and I've always waited 12-24 hours before withdrawing or making a purchase, but lately NONE of my accounts are allowing me to make purchases!

What are the amounts of said purchases?

The way I do it is to let the purchases 'climb' in the amount.
I buy a $2 item then $4 then $10, etc...

Thanks good idea! I received $50 and I tried spending $35 of it..
