Business debit card work fine for PayPal card?
 

3 parts to this question:

1) does business debit satisfy palpal's requirements for linking a card when you register as a seller on ebay? (for ebay fees)

2) can you withdraw from PayPal onto your debit card?

3) can you use your business debit on one stealth account, and your business checkin info on the other stealth account?

1) No, because one of the qualifications for a PayPal business debit card is to have a confirmed physical address via credit card with monthly statement, apply for and get approved for a PayPal branded plastic credit card, or complete a location confirmation process, whatever that means.

2) No need to, the card draws from your PayPal Balance for purchases or ATM withdraws.

3) To request this card, you must also provide SSN and DOB. That can be tricky, I guess.

Knew someone who applied without adding SSN first so they couldn't verify him as a result. They put a case in the resolution center to verify ID with docs but the account was not blocked. He's currently residing overseas atm so couldn't deal with it currently and the account can still function so no biggie. It's a real and aged acct, that this happened to though.
