Default Paypal Echeck

My paypal account got limited and I had paid someone about $500. The guy canceled the echeck since it was taking too long for it too clear. I wanted to ask will that money go automatically back into my bank account or will it stay in my paypal account.

I think it's stuck in your PayPal account now.. I'm pretty sure that's how PayPal does it.

What the heck, that is so g*y I need the money. Maybe I will have to remove the limitation. They are asking for business info. What does that mean.

Did you contact your bank and open a claim with them?

No, I did not open a claim. The guy canceled it since it was taking to long to clear.

The last time I did a claim through my bank, it took a couple months to get my money back.. :(

Faster then 180 days at least.

Yes, I think you should. I've never done a claim through my bank for a paypal purchase but I have for a trial that I canceled and still wouldn't stop billing me. I got refunded instantly while I was on the phone with my bank. :D
