Paypal confirming identity by phone

after rceiving first payment pp is asking to confirm identity by phone to remove 21day hold. anyway to that? my VPN wont work.
if anyone knows how to go around this please let me know.

Delete your pp account and create a new one .

VPN has nothing to do with receiving a phone call.
And after getting that phone call youll be asked to confirm your identity by answering questions from a public database (which you most likely will not be able to do).
And then IF you pass all this you get only the first $1000 of the payments received in the month released from the 21 days hold. Everything else is held.
not worth the effort and risk involved.

Yeah, better to wait till the holds go away,if you make a new account chances are you'll still get 21 day hold
