6 months and paypal wont release
 

A month ago i got the email saying i could withdrawal Paypal. When i logged in(same ip) they told me that i could not withdrawal and sent me this " We recently reviewed your account, and we need more information to provide you with secure service. Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We understand that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your account is our primary concern."

How do i get money? i Have a bank account to withdrawal to but they wont let me withdrawal. I never had this happen in my 4 years of stealth.

call them. Nothing more to lose. They may ask for doc.

There is nothing else i can do? I am going to call but i just want them to release the money not un-limit the account.

Upload a photo ID
Provide proof of your address
Provide credit card statement
Provide Supplier Information
Provide proof of your SSN
Provide shipment info
Confirm available inventory

There is no way i could provide all of this . Should i just keep calling until a rep is nice enough to release it?

What triggered this? How much sales? Did you try to make a large/quick withdrawal? Hows your eBay account doing

You can try a few calls to different agents and try to negotiate steps to remove but...even if you provide this info, chances are fairly high from what I have seen that you won't be reinstated. I would not keep my hopes high, sorry to say

From what I am reading, he doesnt care about being reinstated, he wants the money back. I would be clear when I call, explain 6 months passed, you do not feel comfortable giving sensitive information to a non financial institution. Remember paypal claims they do not need to follow banking laws because they are not a bank. Also if they do not release the funds, you will send a letter to the SEC, Attorney General, BBB etc. They have no legit reason to hold it after 6 months, they are out of the charge back/complaint window.

Are you sure you received the email stating you were limited for 180 days?

You got the email to withdraw. Meaning the 180 days is over and you wont be able to reinstate the account at all.

Call them until you get a rep that will fix the issue and you can get your money.
You have nothing to lose.

yes im 100% sure i was able to then i had a problem with one of my bank accounts( i guess it died) and now i cant again. Im about to report them and threaten to. .
