uh oh, hope i didn't mess something up switching IP's to quickly? Is this system maintenance time?

I just logged in 3 different times. No problems. Check all your internet security settings. Maybe you have something tweaked too much.

You probably left one of your proxies on.

I don't really know what happened, I didnt mess with the proxies. All I did was change the Mac address, and clear the cookies like 10 times (I have OCD lol)

Same exact thing happened to me about 18 hrs ago ..

I tried again in 15 minutes and it worked fine !

I suspect they are in the process of implementing something new. Time to start paying close attention, maybe we can predict what it might be and how it works.

thats just a generic error code. nothing to do with what you did, something screwed up on paypals server.

It is possible that the error was caused by a brief interruption while PP installed something new (on-the-fly).
