Sending money after 21 day hold
 

I was wondering say I waited the full 21 days

Or even I ship the item and the payment gets released. Can I send money as soon as the payment releases or will I have to wait 72 hours after? WIll i get an error

If its a new account PayPal will often not let you send the money and you do get the error

Best thing to do is make sure you have at the least bank verified the PayPal account and really at first the best way to get money out the PayPal is via bank withdrawals

Sorry I meant in the instance that my account is FULLY verified mobile phone, bank and card linked and confirm.

Scenario one - wait the 21 days, on the 21st day when the payment becomes available will it let me send?

Scenario two- I ship the item on the day my payment becomes available will it send?

None is going to be able to give you a yes or no answer on either of those questions

If it was an old account then it should without issue. If it's a new account then it may not. Only way to know for sure is to try.

I did try once and was asked phone verification. Once the verification is successful I was able to send money without issues.

if you have strong IP you can send money 3 minutes after received it for sure
