Quickest way to trigger the 180 old when you know the PayPal can't be rescued?
 

Hi,

When you know a Paypal is dead because you can't supply the docs, whats the quickest way to let PayPal know that you don't intend to supply any docs and have the 180 hold email triggered? Thanks

Tell them you have no intention of sending them what they want. Call in to get it done faster.

in my experience if you just dont reply and the 180 days start from the initial limitation

sometimes can withdraw even earlier

Upload a PDF saying that you won't be supplying anything else to them

I always upload sample pics from windows for every item requested Id here's a flower pic. Proof of address here's a pic of a kitty. Then I get the parting ways email. Simple.

Keep in mind that OP is from UK. 180 days I had always had impression started from date of limitation - has this changed?

The OP has very clearly asked how to turn his temporary limitation into a permanent one, to start the 180 day countdown.

The 180 day countdown starts from the day a limitation is placed. And your judgement comments aren't necessary - it's a shame you're so judgemental.

It starts from the day a PERMANENT limitation is placed. Unless they explicitly tell you that you are limited permanently and to wait 180 days, nothing is going to happen.

The OP knows this already. I would have thought that you would know this also. I'm not sure why you feel the need to engage in an exchange with me over it.

You don't need to be rude and condescending. Just post your reply if you
have one. The point of this entire forum is to help others. If you can't
deal with posts that might not have new, fresh info in it, don't respond.
Just like you are not interested in reading posts that are repetitive, no
one is interested in reading your sarcasm.

If the account is stealth NO, if it's legit, take paypal to small claims court, they will agree to release funds in 14 days and will pay the court fees which are around £30. i have done this three times successfully :)
