Hello, so I am reading this ebay stealth guide and trying to understand everything.

So, do I understand correcrtly that there are only 3 ways paypal(ebay) can track and link different accounts:

1. User personal details
2. Computer's IP address
3. Browser cookies and flash objects

Can I be 100% sure that they will not link me through any other identification methods like computer's MAC address as I am going to use the same computer for different accounts?

You can 100% sure that They will not get your MAC address through your browser. When creating listings, make sure to clean the metadata of the photo you use.

Use a vpn for getting a new IP address. Create a new user profile on your pc is the easiest way to keep each account cookie separate.

Could you explain what is meta data in pictures and tracking becons in emails?

meta data is the data you see when you right click the pic and hit "more info", it stores something like when is the pic taken, probably where and on which device...

tracking becons are the tokens they embadded in the email they sent you to get info from you. If you disable the pic in your email client, there is no way they can track you.

I decided to create a new paypal account under my grandmother's name. Should I get a VPN which provides IP address from our country or the origin of IP does not matter?

Don't use your grandmother name. If you create a pp in your country, you need to use IP of your country (at least for a while and to create) - same applies to other countries...

Yes if you will need to call Paypal then you will need to pretend to be a woman, or get your Grandmother to call them - not ideal!

But I can easily get proof of address and ID card to send them over.

Where am I supposed to get confirmation for personal details for fictional people?

RDP's are a waste, best to use a VPN or cheaper methods such Phone Tethering, or Mifi, Dongle.

Screenshot images to not worry about meta data.
Create virtual machines on your 1 computer, access each account through 1 unique virtual machine.

so, how are people able here to create stealth accounts? I mean where do they get supporting documents (proof of address and ID) for ⊗⊗⊗⊗ persons?

On android you can go to settings and uncheck "automatically download images" and "always show pictures". You can also change those settings in desktop version.

If you accidentally open an email it won't send you ip to ebay.

You don't need supporting documents, if they ask for them I just burn the account.
