Payments not released
 

PayPal said April 16 the money is supposed to go from
My pending balance to my available balance and today is april 16 and it's still pending when will
It switch over ??

I believe they go at the same time you got the money in your account. (From what I am finding anyway on my accounts)

If you made the sale at 2:45am pst then you will get the funds release 2:45am at that time/day when the funds are supposed to be released.

So even though your clock hits 16th at 12am, their clock is still counting down to the minute most likely.

Makes sense I'll update you to see if your correct. Do I get an email or does it just become available and will I be able to send it right when it becomes available ?

PayPal can sometimes, depending on your account status, release funds at a random time on the day stated. It's quite rare for them to overlap unless they've had someone manually review the transaction and had the hold extended.

All you can do for now is wait until about 18th April, and if it hasn't released by then, you should consult PayPal as you're at their mercy whilst its on hold. If it doesn't release, check the date, if it still says 16th, its most likely stuck and needs a nudge. It would be unusual for them to extend a hold without sending you an email explaining the reason, although their User Agreement does allow them to call it 'Estimated Release Date' and so it isn't guaranteed, although almost nothing is with PayPal and that's the nature of it.
