Paypal account verified but won't let me transfer money to bank account

I had a $1000 per month withdrawal limit on this account. I just had the account verified this morning and says I have reached my withdrawal limit. Does verifying the account take a certain amount of time? I verified the account with a saving account and checking account.

To remove the $1000 a month withdrawal limit you need to also add a VCC and have it linked.
If you click on the 'check your limits' link on the homepage it will give you more details on this.

You can lift the limit by Getting a 25 dollar vanilla gift card at 711 and verify it.
