Help with Paypal perm Banned
 

I was using Stealth Paypal account last year and it got limited and this morning i got a message that i can withdraw my money from the account , so how to i withdraw this i have $1900 in it and i'm in need of my hard earn money . Please any help will be appreciated

You would need to add in a bank account (if you don't already have one added to the PayPal) and then withdraw the funds

Can it be withdraw to any us bank account that the name on the paypal is different from bank account name? or is there any card that offer such like Payoneer

Yeah, but stick to the known ones like Bank of America, Chase, etc.

How did your account get limited?

If you do not already have a bank account attached to the PP, you may have to call in to add it, since the account is limited. Mismatch names on your bank wont matter. Paypal cannot see that. They have as much right to know your personal information on your back account as your local McDonalds.

Yo guys i gat a serious Issue now, I called Paypal in respect of the female account that my stealth account holds, so the dude was like he can't do anything on it that due to the restrictn. Actually i want him to change the bank on the account which was use to verify to another bank account cause the dude that sold me the stealth paypal is no more replying to my email and he said it was virtual bank which is Gobank .... do anyone ever succeed with this before and how do you think i can talk them in ?
