Paypal fails the money transfer
 

Hi guys,on my stealth account i have a couple of € that i want to transfer to my credit card,but when i try to transfer the paypal balance to my credit card the money after 2-3 days go back in the paypal account saying that the transfer failed,paypal told me that isn't their fault,but there is a problem with the bank,i talked with the bank today and they told me that there is no problem with the credit card,on my second stealth i have a credit card from the same bank that works with no problems lol..

What i need to do? wait a couple of days and try again or open another credit card?
