 PayPal Pay After Delivery Countries List Please
Hello guys,
The Pay After Delivery option is not available for my country (I live in Bulgaria). My PayPal account is fully verified with BA and CC, but obviously the option is not available here.
I know "Pay After Delivery" is available for:
1. USA
2. CA
3. UK
However the countries above do not support EU bank accounts.
I googled it but I only found some rumors about Netherlands and Spain.
Can you tell me more European Union countries with Pay After Delivery option presented/available from PayPal.
