Buyer opens case with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking?

Hi,

So this person opened a case on paypal and claims tracking is ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
The tracking added in the case does not correspond to the ebay/pp tracking number that actually works and shows that the item is on it's way.

Now it is possible that i was late with the dispatch and i might have added
a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking and changed it later on to the real number.

Any ideas?

PayPal always on buyer side be carefully! never do high value transaction with poor reputation

just say you mixed up the tracking number, but this is correct tracking now, and anyway, if it is received, then they cannot claim INR - might not work but try it...hopefully there is a signature?

buyer always can open claim and win it is very easy !

So how long would the claim stay open?

The item is delivered but the buyer doesn't responds. PP is reviewing the case for one week.
Also my last withdrawal is still pending ( i haven't had pending status for months.
