paypal account

i have a stealth and paypal stealth under the same name , address etc. But can't login paypal i think its locked me out. Can i create another paypal account but use another name? please hellp

Do you have access to the registered phone number and email? Did you try to reset your password?

i tried resetting pw but always says email not found then asking to search for one then finds it but loops around it. wont let me reset
