How many PP/ EB accounts per day?
 

Assuming I am doing right all the stealth rules, and that I always have different registering info, IP and PC User, how many paypal and ebay accounts can you create?
1 Per each 2 days is ok, or it's suspicious?

Also, when creating the paypal account, can I send documents like ID Card and proof of address and lift the limits even without a single sale, or should I do this later?

if you are making the accounts the right way, you can make 50+ accounts per day without issue.

Really depends on your techniques in creation, your hard drive space and how well you very things up to keep the bots away.

If you are new to account creation, its best to fins what works for you nd make notes as to what brought you / may bring you down.

You can create as many as u like but make sure you are doing it in the correct way and also make sure you can handled that many accounts

Since stealth accounts are meant to be "unlinked" between each other, all the accounts you will create are coming from different persons in eBay eyes.... hence, there is no limit to it.

Thats what my sleepy morning logic is telling me also...Surely if they can not be linked, you can go to town and create as many as you like.

In theory you can create as many as you can physically get through in one day.

As you seem quite new to stealth, I would stick to one or two accounts until you learn a bit more. The best way to learn is by reading the forum and by trial and error.

To be honest... I create two every two years, so I shouldn't really offer my opinions.

I guessed I could create as many..
But even this way, I will start slowly.
Mainly because as I'm so new to stealth, I almost for sure will do mistakes when managing many.
What about my second doubt?
Can I/ Should I lift paypal receiving limits right after the creation of the account?
I live in EU so I guess I just have to send ID Card and Proof of Address due EU laundry laws.

You can send them in right away or once you hit the limit. There's no right or wrong way to do it.

I would wait until you are confident the account is solid and can grow.
Start the account and sell, then you will decide.

Ebay can also link by time. Just think of how many typical ebay users normally sign up in given period, if your thought up a number much lesser than the accounts you going to make, then i suggest you rethink your next move. If more than a given amount of new signups are coming from a given source then it will attract the attention of ebay bots, who in turn are suspecting bots creating accounts. Best at least maintain a habit of creating one account per day from a different Ip address. That frequency is normal in the eyes of ebay and when bans comes in waves they wont all go down

If you are following the stealth guide, I don't think there is a way eBay or PayPal to link your accounts by the time they are created. I also suggest you to use a VMware Workstation to organize your stealth accounts. It's much easier then to switching between the User accounts.

I create 700+ accounts per day without issue.
