Paypal Verified Doubt

I read in the forum that paypal does not read the name of your bank account when money goes from paypal to bank account.
But it does or it can read, when the movement of the money is the opossite (from the bank account to the paypal account).
When going through verification, paypal has to take 1,50€ from my account so I can verify the account.
Will not read my name when this happens?

How in the hell do you think they would see your name ?? You think they would contact your bank and then your bank would pull up your information and hand it to them ??

Ok, if not, then better.
I don't know..
The truth is that it will be money coming out from my bank account to paypal, so I thought they may saw "who" sent them money.
