New to forums. Have some questions!

Hello everyone I'm new to the forums and I've been browsing around. I've learned tons already. But I have a few questions and it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me!

1) I want to buy gold from eBay. Can I use my PayPal balance to buy stuff from eBay?

2) I'm expecting $5,000 a week sent to me through friends and family. How should I go about doing this to not get limited?
