My first sale on ebay, Paypal asking for SSN??

I am using a stealth account, made my first sale on ebay today and when i logged into paypal, it wouldnt let me bypass, asking me to enter my SSN and address. I cant skip off that page either, can anyone help?

You can skip it, press help at the footer and then summary at the top (you will see the navigation menu once you click help)
