SSN and PayPal Debit Card

Hello,

I have a PayPal that is about to go negative balance. I am well aware due to having my SSN, this is a debt I will need to cover (which I have no problem with). Here is my question..

If this account goes to collections, will I be denied when applying for a PayPal debit card in the future when they ask for SSN? Is the SSN confirmation just regulator for getting the card or does PayPal monitor this? Of course, I will be opening the new account with a EIN and not the same SSN. The SSN will only be needed to apply for the PayPal debit card.
