how do i set up & use ally account to withdraw from paypal account to my bank account?

If it's a stealth account, Ally bank will deny any withdraws. They are no good with mismatched names.

Ally is well known to have lots of issues with ACH deposits coming in on different names. DO NOT USE ALLY BANK FOR STEALTH. A search here on this forum covers this topic well.
