Paypal Just Plain Wont Let Me Send Money
 

So i have a new Paypal account with a legit card linked. It has a balance for two days now of 100$ but everytime i try to send the money it "sorry we cant complete this transaction try again later". I dont understand, i have no other accounts on this dedicated IP and everything is legit. I havent verified any other information other than my email, phone number and put in the card.

I've tried to send money for as little as $1 and $100 to multiple accounts all give me the same error in both gifts and services and family and friends. Would entering a VBA fix this? Also can someone show me where to buy a VBA with a prepaid card(20$), because i cant use my paypal obviously nor do i have any bitcoin. Im willing to just give the information of the 20$ card for the VBA, if someone can point in the direction of someone who can help me.

It's a trust thing, they don't trust you yet.....you said it's a new PayPal....perhaps you shouldn't be trying to send money, also not having a BANK is a huge red flag for PayPal, try getting a VBA but also stop trying to send the money out, it makes you look like your trying to get the money out without withdrawing to a bank.

Welcome to the forums admcgee - verify your PP account with a bank (like MM78 stated) and confirm it with a cc

Happens on most new accounts. I call to pp on every such an issue and most of the times they change something at their end -it takes a minute or two- and you are ready to go.
Dont forget to use the same phone number you have on account, this is important to them, because calling from another number can rise a red flag and they can limit your account instead of fixing it.

Thank you, i will try this today. Also does anyone know where i can purchase a VBA with a debit card (not paypal account or bitcoin)?

No such thing, VBA's on this forum are virtual and only serve the purpose to verify your PayPal.

What do you mean? I understand what a VBA is. I mean can i purchase a VBA for the purpose of verifying my paypal, with a debit card, like you would if for example it they were sold on amazon if that makes sense.

LOL, Now it makes sense......you need to contact the VBA sellers themselves and ask them what payment formats they take.
