Just want to share my experience on the topic.
i had an stealth account for 2 years . my paypal was fully verified and my business info(EIN number) was added on it. I got limited on my ebay account and after few months i decided to close my paypal account ( it wasn't limited ).
I got another stealth ebay and paypal. I added all the same business info (same EIN) on my paypal ... already 3 years and it works without any issues .

when you add your EIN number it ask to add your address ...and i had added same address on both pp accounts

If the old isnt limited or have any issues then you usually can open accounts with the same info if the older accounts are good

Lol where were you a couple months ago when i had this exact question! I took my chances and added the EIN to a different PayPal and yes it has been working so far
