Phone deactivation.

Please is it possible for Tracfones to become deactivated if not in use for a while despite the fact I'm making monthly payments to keep the line active? Also can tmobile pay-as-you go become deactivated if not used despite buying monthly service plans? Has anyone been able to transfer a Tracfone number to tmobile or any other network successful? Lastly, any tips on a more efficient way to organise Sim cards, thanks

If you are paying monthly, it should stay active.
