Cashing Out US Paypal as Non-US Resident to Bitcoin

Anyone have any advice as to how I can cash out a US Paypal account as a non-US resident? I would prefer to somehow convert my Paypal funds to bitcoin but I've read on the forums here that Paypal will limit the account really quickly if I keep sending money out.

If anyone has a good link from wherever that has the advice as well, I'd very much appreciate it. Thank you!

To Bitcoin I am not 100% sure but with PayPal you should be able to leverage into different gift card hustles and what not to maximize your funds.

Just a side note, If your aren't in the US.....and your forum flag is a US Flag, please change it to the current Country you reside in.....otherwise it get's confusing when giving advice.
