$1000 non receipt dispute, a way to win this?
 

Hello,

I am doing a freelancer php coding and I got a buyer which I were working for more than a year. Now suddenly he decided to create 25 x disputes each $41.50 total: $1037.
Since I provided him a service, didn't sold a product I am unable to provide proof of delivery.

Do you know of any way to win this dispute.
I got $300 in my PayPal balance, and $0 in the connected bank card.

If I lose this dispute there will be -$600 what happens if I don't pay this to PayPal anyone has an experience before?

When he paid you what was put into the payment description?

PayPal will expect you to pay the $600 back if you do go into a -$600 balance

Welcome to the forums - listen to James and you will need to drum up more proof in order to try and win this conflict.

it depends of the law in your country more than paypal itself and if it is a real or stealth account

I literally win 100% of my service disputes, paypal knows they are usually bull****. You need to provide as much information to paypal as possible. for example screen shots of your conversations with the recipient regarding services and payment. Anything to advocate your service.

Give them as many screenshots and info as u can and if u lose keep calling them until u get some money back might not be the full amount but they will work with u eventually

as long i have heard service payment cannot be disputed

Provide PayPal everything you can use to win this dispute.
