Please help to sort this out..
 

Need help of someone who has REAL BANK CREDIT CARD already add to paypal account and verified. Would be great if that would be non-us account also. If you have REAL NORMAL BANK CREDIT CARD, could you check this:

in main screan click on a "see how much you can send with paypal" -> "receiving limit per year" -> "Lift limits"

and under "Account" tab there will be "Confirm card" option. Is there a "check" mark deside "confirm card" or no? Noticed that after add VCC accounts does not shows "check" mark there. But today checked my very old personal accout which has normal bank credit card on file and it shows "check" mark there!

Just trying to figure out might be PP accepts all cards but silently sorts them- if it is vcc might be it does not really lift the limits like real card can do.

It is just an idea, but just checking. Thous who can please check your account and tell the result please. Thanks.
