Confirm Identity with a phone call
 

I got the message in order to release funds for all future sales, confirm your identity message. I got the call, entered the code, but the button on paypal to continue wasnt working, so I did it again, same thing. I switched to a different browser and the phone option was gone, it was just "confirm social security number" or "confirm public info" option. How do I get the phone option back? Just leave it for awhile and then log back in?

This is such a unique situation that I'm sure nobody here can answer for certain.

Only sure-fire way I know of is to call in but from what you've described it sounds quite possible you would be hit with DB questions. It might be better to just leave the account sitting for a while, but I have no idea if the missing confirmation option will ever reappear.

I have it happen before, I don't remember what I did. Im assuming, like you said, I just let it sit for a bit. Thanks though.

Give it a few days and it will be fine
